    Το Central Apartments Vienna (CAV) βρίσκεται στην αγορά Naschmarkt και απέχει 3-5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον κεντρικό σταθμό Karlsplatz του υπόγειου σιδηρόδρομου, τον περιφερειακό δρόμο και την Κρατική Όπερα. Στις εγκαταστάσεις λειτουργεί ένα σούπερ μάρκετ. Υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια σε κοντινή απόσταση.

    Όλες οι μονάδες του CAV διαθέτουν δωρεάν Wi-Fi, μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, θυρίδα ασφαλείας, κλιματισμό, παροχές σιδερώματος, πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο.

    Ο καθεδρικός ναός του Αγίου Στεφάνου είναι προσβάσιμος σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τα Ανάκτορα Σένμπρουν απέχουν μόλις 10 λεπτά με τον υπόγειο σιδηρόδρομο.

    Η περιοχή 04. Wieden είναι υπέροχη επιλογή για ταξιδιώτες που ενδιαφέρονται για: τέχνη, αρχιτεκτονική και μουσεία.

    • Rates are depending from season and duration of stays.
    • The pulished rates above applies to our everage standard rates for 1 to 5 persons
    • Children under 3 years stay for free. Children from 3-15 years are charged 20 EUR per night and over 15 years as adult persons.
    • The minimum stay at Central Apartments Vienna is 2 nights unless otherwise annonced.
    • Over Christmas and New Year until 3rd of January the minimum stay is 7 nights.
    • 1-time cleaning fee is 45 EUR for each stay.
    • Reservations has to be guaranteed by an international valid credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card only.
    • (Deposit) payments for bookings can also be by directy on our website by your credit card (Visa or Master Card) or wired to our bank account.
    • Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free until 30 nights prior arrival except "non-refundable bookings" and unless otherwise annonced in your booking confirmation.
    • For cancellation less then 30 nights 50% of booking amount will be charged and less than 15 nights, the total amount of reservation will be charged.
    • Please notice that Central Apartments Vienna does not have a front desk in the building.
    • Arrivals has to be coordinated in advace by e-mail with the reservation manager. Complete arrival information has to be submitted at least a few days prior arrival.
    • Last minute bookings are only accepted by phone calls at +43 69911406665 or +43 699 10466656
    • Latest requests for reservations has to be communicated by e-mails at least 48 hours prior intended arrival.
    • Parking around the cotrner is available on request for 25 EUR per day.
