Casa Obispo 307
Old Havana's Finest Casa Particular On Obispo Street.
Two Floors, Four Rooms.
Located one floor above street level, Casa Obispo 307 is a charming four room Casa Particular that can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. Two rooms are located on the main floor near the living and dining rooms. Upstairs are another two rooms which have the option of connecting to each other to accommodate larger families who need more than one room.
Connecting Rooms
Larger families or groups of friends will appreciate our connecting rooms. Located on the second floor of our Casa are our Vedado and Miramar guest rooms. They share a connecting door between them which can be unlocked and left open should you require extra space. An extra bonus is that Vedado and Miramar share a large balcony with views to Obispo Street.
Privacy and Security
Cuba has one of the lowest crime rates in the world. But for extra peace of mind all rooms have security boxes, privacy locks and the main entrance has a security gate to ensure only guests and staff have access to the property. The best security though, are our neighbours. In Cuba, the culture is one of helping and looking out for one another. You will see this culture at work here where neighbours keep a watchful eye on the activity in the building.
Amenities and Features
Casa Obispo 307 was designed with the traveller in mind. Within minutes of arriving you can begin to settle in. There is a place for everything. A security box for your personal items, a closet to hang clothes and enough flat surfaces in the bathroom to set out your toiletries. There are even hooks to hang clothing, hats or anything else. Soap, shampoo and even hair dryers are standard in all of our rooms. We have also made sure there are enough plugs to charge up your power hungry devices.
Your Hosts
Leo and his wife Milagro are your Spanish and English speaking hosts. Together they can help transform your experience in Havana. What better way to learn about Cuba than from a local couple who know all the best things to see and do. And if your journey is taking you to other areas within Cuba, they can even help you find your next Casa Particular.
