At the harbor and in the middle of the beautiful village, Lohals, at the northern tip of Langeland.
Here are busses every hour to the mail town of the island “Rudkøbing” and to the beautiful city “Svendborg”. From Svendborg , you have train and buses to Copenhagen and to the rest of Denmark.
Langeland has good connection from Germany (Putgarden or Rostock) via ferry from Lolland (Tårs-Spodsbjerg).
If you are driving, a scenic drive of 29 km takes you to Rudkøbing, and 47 km acros the bridge to Svendborg.
Lohals has 451 inhabitants, but in summertime the figure will be multiplied with interesting people from near and far. Here is cafe and restaurant and music events at the harbor. The city also has camping, horseback riding and a large supermarket. The area has many cultural values, galleries etc.

The old guest house has no “stars”, but here is cozy and orderly.
We have a total of 18 rooms, with single and double beds, some with bunk beds:
