    Property Description

    "Le Chalet des Boisses" is a 4-star rental chalet. It is ideally located in the ski area of ​​Tignes - Val d'Isere, in the new, and chic, altitude resort of Tignes 1800. The Chalet is ski-in ski out. It is very close to shops, restaurants and ski school. No car needed during your stay. The Chalet has 5 bedrooms (with large flat screen TV in each), 5 bathrooms, super equipped kitchen designed for large groups, dining area with beautiful wooden table for 14 and large living room with magnificent 360 ° views on the tracks. For the après-ski, you will enjoy the magnificent fire, the large hammam ...the Jacuzzi..., brand new sound and multimedia equipment and large flat TV in the living as well. The unlimited Wifi is free. Bed and bath linen are provided for free as well. After your reservation, we will send you our contract that you agree to respect by not cancelling. You will also need to pay the 1500 euros of damage deposit by bank transfer (not by cash). This way you will be free to arrive whenever you want. Check-out duration is 10 hours but guest presence is not compulsory. Do not hesitate to visit our website as well.

    The Chalet des Boisses - Sheyrotte is beautifully located at the edge of the tracks in Tignes 1800. We took pleasure in reviving this chalet which was originally built to house EDF engineers (during the construction of the dam in 1952). We think we managed to achieve a warm and elegant place that values its exceptional location and beautiful scenery. In terms of equipment, we had the opportunity to look after the details and the quality of the materials: authentic wood, stones ... renovation of the original structure ... Today, we have the pleasure to ensure the management of this beautiful chalet perfectly suited for large groups and families and we want to share it with you.     Tignes 1800 is the brand new chic resort of Espace Killy in the ski area of Tignes Val d'isère. It is a charming resort with authentic wood and stone character. With its elegant tone, it is very suitable for families and sport minded people in general. It is located in altitude at 1800m as its name indicates and has been built around the church of Tignes (the reconstructect old church of the village of Tignes covered by water in 1952), at the border of the Lake Chevril. The resort has restaurants, shops, ski shops, all of a very high standing. The chalet offers views on the Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. Tignes le Lac next by, has also a rich infrastructure for the practice of all winter and summer sports (kayaking, paddle surfing, fishing, pedal boats, archery, mini-golf, golf ...). A open market is held every Thursday and Sunday and offers fresh fruits and food as well as local artisan products. Tignes is located in the Vanoise National Park, Savoie Nature Reserve. It is 5 km from Italy.

    • The minimal stay is 7 nights
    • BOOKING AN PAYMENTS - Reservations must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total price of the rental.
    • PRICE - Our price include charges(water, electricity, heating, detections fire and intrusion, television, wifi) It does not include the a compulsory price of 24euros/person/stay has to be added for bath linen and bed linen. Extra charge of 140€/person is required above 10 people.
    • TOURIST TAXES - A tourist tax of 3 € / adults / night is to be collected by the lessor for the government. It is not included in the total and will have to be paid in extra at the same time as the security deposit.
    • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - The Chalet will be available after 5PM on the arrival date. On the departure date, the chalet must be released at 10 am. Any delay to release the premises will be charged 150 euros.
    • NUMBER OF TENANTS -The rental is agreed for a specific number of people. We ask you to respect our agreement. If the actual number of guests exceeds the agreed number, each additional tenant will be subjected to an additional rent determined by the lessor. The later is also entitled to refuse additional customers, the choice remaining entirely to the lessor. If the lessor chooses to refuse additional customers, this refusal will not be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the lessor, therefore, in the event of the departure of a number of customers superior to those refused, no refund can be considered. If the lessor realises at any time during the stay that the number of clients has increased without his agreement, the lessor is entitled to demand their departure or apply additional rent. The additional rent will be calculated as if the additional persons have remained during the entire stay.
    • CANCELLATION - In case of cancellation of the stay by the tenant within 60 days before his arrival, if the tenant does not take possession of the accommodation on the agreed arrival day or in case of premature departure, the total rent (deposit and balance) will be retained by the lessor. In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the scheduled date, only the amount of the deposit will be definitively lost.
    • SECURITY BOND - A security bond of 1500 € must be made by the tenant no later than 60 days before the start of the rental at the same time as the payment of the balance due for the rental price. The security bond can not be considered as a partial payment of the rent. If the security bond is not made or is insufficient, the lessor is entitled to consider the reservation as canceled and apply accordingly the cancellation conditions as described in these conditions. The security bond will be returned within a maximum period of one month after the departure of the tenant. In case of damages, indemnities will be deduces. Eventual bank fees will be at the charge of the tenant.
    • INVENTORY AND CHECK-OUT - Upon arrival, the tenant has to do the inventory of the Chalet by completing the requested online form. The tenant will have 24 hours to report any problems. After this period, the Chalet, its equipment, funitures and other objects of the rented premises will be considered as free from damage and in perfect working condition at the arrival of the tenant. In case of equipment failure, a technician will establish the origin of the failure. If this failure is due to a misuse, the repair or replacement would be the responsibility of the tenant. Any stains, halos, burns, etc on sheets, blankets, curtains, sofa covers etc. will incur a charge to the tenant. In the case of deterioration of fabrics or decoration, the tenant will be charged the value of the degraded property.
    • CLEANING - The rent includes normal cleaning of the premises except the washing up of the dishes and the cleaning of the kitchen area. The tenant will return the premises and the furniture in a state of acceptable cleanliness. He will do the washing up before leaving (there is a dishwasher) and retrieve consumables and garbage from the premises (garbages should not be left in the Chalet). Bath linen should be put in the bathroom of each room. Bed linen should be undone. In case those conditions are not respected, the lessor is entitled to retain on the security bond the cost of the eventual extra cleaning time.
    • PEACEFULLNESS - The tenant will have to respect the peaceful character of the Chalet. He undertakes to use it ans its content according to the use for which they are intended. He will not remove objects from the rented premises nor move around large furniture and beds. Before his departure, the tenant will return small furniture and other movable objects to their initial place.
    • NO SKI MATERIAL INSIDE - It is strictly forbidden to bring skis, snowboards, ski boots, snow boots, sledges and all ski equipment into the chalet beyond the entrance hall or the balconies.
    • NO SMOKING - It is expressly agreed that smoking is prohibited inside the Chalet. Any deterioration or impregnation of odor in textiles resulting from non-compliance with these rules are the responsibility of the tenant. The chalet is equipped with a sensitive fire detection system connected through internet to a warning center. If the detection system is triggered due to cigarette smoke, all costs resulting from it will be borne by the tenant.
    • NO ANIMALS - Pets are not allowed in this rental. The lessor is entitled to refuse to let animals or pets into the Chalet. This refusal can not be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner. Therefore, in case of departure of the tenant, no refund can be considered.
    • INSURANCE - The tenant is required to have an insurance against the risks of theft, loss, or damage to his personal belongings, as well as against the risk of damage to the rental furniture. The tenant must be able to justify the subscription of this insurance to the first request. The lessor declines any responsibility for the recourse that his insurance company could exert against the tenant in case of disaster. The parties agree that the landlord can never be worried in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings belonging to the tenant, in particular with respect to skis stored in annex places such as ski lockers.
    • JURIDISCTION - In the event of dispute or litigation, only the Chamber of Chambéry will be competent, without novation nor derogation, to this clause attributive of jurisdiction.
