Welcome to our beautiful gated community. El Paraiso has 2 pools. 1 in your backyard and 1 community pool. El Paraiso is very bright, done in a modern style with some beach charm, and open concept. It is laid out very well and is most comfortable for up to 4. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, both with smart TV's (Netflix & Amazon), a/c, and 1 has a deck. There is a full bathroom upstairs and another downstairs. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and dishwasher, plus many other great features. There's a great living room and a dining room that seats 6.
The best space of all is the outdoor living area, with your own private pool, that has a lounging area, which gets sun most of the day and is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a great seating area, covered by a large palapa, with a gas BBQ.
There is also the community pool with common area that you can use.
El Paraiso is in a great location and is central to everything; Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and a short commute to the beach driving, biking or walking and a 5 min drive to the cenote route.
